5 sessions in 5 weeks, from 06:30-08:00pm 

Resilience is the mental capacity and cabability to deal with unforseen problems, challenges or crises. People who are resilient know what to do in any situation and emerge even stronger afterwards. 

In this workshop you will learn about the different factors of resilience and how to apply them to your specific situation. The factors are serving as a guideline through any situation  you are facing. The factors are:

  1. Acceptance
  2. Optimism
  3. Taking on responsibility
  4. Being solution oriented
  5. Leaving the victim role
  6. Building and using your network
  7. Planning your future

During the training you will first find out where you are strong already and in what areas you need improvement. We will meet 5 times over a time span of five weeks. You will receive useful exercises and impulses that can be easily integrated into your daily routine.

After this workshop you will be strong in all factors making you 100% resilient. 

This course is certified and licensed by the German “Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention”. This means you will receive a refund for part of your training.
